Mirador del Valle

The Mirador del Valle is considered one of the best viewpoints in Toledo, if not the best. It is a simple stop outside of the city, south of the city limits and across the Tejo River. The stop is spectacular, offering a view of the City of Three Cultures nestled in the bend of the river. It’s especially beautiful if you arrive at the spot to watch the sun rise. Several structures stand out against the landscape, including the Alcazar de Toledo and the Catedral Primada, with its bell tower rising above the city’s rooftops.
This tourist attraction is easy to get to as long as you have a vehicle to travel to the outskirts of the city. There are no admissions fees, so you do not have to worry about spending extra money while you are there. Nearby there is also a hotel on the hill, known as Parador de Toledo, where you can stop in and enjoy a drink while taking in the beautiful view.
