If this is your first time in Paris, then you’ll have to schedule a trip to the Eiffel Tower into your stay.
A world-famous monument, and one that is strongly associated with France, the majestic tower can be seen from all over the city.
Originally built to be the entranceway for the World Fair in 1889, the Eiffel Tower has since become an instantly recognizable cultural symbol throughout the country, and one of the most iconic monuments in the modern world.
The tower features three floors which can be accessed by visitors. Two of which are home to restaurants with quality cuisine, with exquisite views.
It also features the highest observation deck open to visitors in the whole of the European Union. If seeing the French capital from such a dizzying height isn’t an exciting prospect, then you can admire the tower from below and take it in in all its glory.
